A little of the process behind the Korean red pine. Carved by hand, printed one repeat at a time on natural linen, and eventually made into a pair of cushions. I’ve finally updated the website and this pair is now available there.
Perilla leaf, still in progress. Working through a new repeat. Print, carve, print again. I have to remind myself not to rush this in-between stage.
First set of hand block printed cushions. Hand carved and printed on natural linen from a Korean red pine tree motif and sewn into finished cushions with a solid tobacco linen reverse.
